I am thrilled to share that our recent episode of 3 Coaches 1 Topic – Pull Up a Sandbag was the most powerful one yet, as we focused on men's well-being and the critical issue of combatting suicidal thoughts. I had the privilege of being joined by two inspiring coaches, Paul Smith, Managing Director of Coaching Minds, and Andy "Shep" Shepherd, ex-forces Medic, who shared their expert insights and strategies for finding your way back to well-being.
During the episode, we emphasized the crucial need to break down societal barriers that prevent men from seeking help and prioritizing their mental health. We also provided practical tips for building resilience and connecting with others, including the transformative power of physical exercise and the importance of finding a supportive community.
It was a deeply moving and thought-provoking conversation, and I am proud to have been a part of it. I encourage everyone to watch the episode and share it with anyone who may benefit from its valuable insights and guidance. Let's continue to prioritize mental health and support men in their mental health journeys.
